Simple Pie Crust

- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or 4 tablespoons if you want a sweet crust)
- 1 cup cold butter
- ⅓ cup ice water
- Place flour, salt and sugar in to the food processor.
- Cut the butter (2 sticks) into pats about a tablespoon per pat into the mixture with a chilled knife.
- Pulse the food processor until the butter and dry mix is crumbly.
- Add the ice water and continue to pulse until the dough starts to form together.
