Mini Crumble Apple Tartlets

- 1 pie crust
- Cooking Spray
- Filling:
- One large apple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1½ tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- A splash of lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- Topping:
- ½ cup of all-purpose flour
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- For the base, break the crust into sections then press into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Chop a large apple into small cubes.
- Combine filling ingredients: flour, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.
- Spoon a small amount into each crust form.
- For the topping, mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a small bowl.
- Spoon some crumble topping onto each apple tartlet.
- Bake in a 350° F oven for 20-30 minutes until the crust is golden
