Easy Sheet Pan Cooking - Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower

      - 1 head of cauliflower
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
     - Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Wash and pat dry the head of cauliflower.
- Cut cauliflower into small to medium florets.
- In a large bowl combine the olive oil and seasoning.
- Add the cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.
- Line a sheet pan with tin foil.
- Scatter the florets on the sheet pan and bake in oven 25-30 minutes or until florets start to golden and are tender.
