Easy Sheet Pan Cooking - Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Wash and pat dry the head of cauliflower.
  3. Cut cauliflower into small to medium florets.
  4. In a large bowl combine the olive oil and seasoning.
  5. Add the cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.
  6. Line a sheet pan with tin foil.
  7. Scatter the florets on the sheet pan and bake in oven 25-30 minutes or until florets start to golden and are tender.
