Banana Bread

Serves: 1 loaf
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl combine softened butter, sugar and egg and stir until creamy.
- Add the bananas and mash until batter is a thick consistency but banana is well combined.
- Gradually stir in the remaining dry ingredients.
- Bake in a 9x5" lightly greased loaf pan for 40-50 minutes.
Use very ripe heavily spotted or black bananas for the best results!
