Cherry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
  • Fresh cherries (stemmed and pitted), 1 cup
  • A scoop Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla
  • Chia Seeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Golden Flax Seed, 1 teaspoon
  • Hemp Hearts, 1 teaspoon
  • 6-8 icecubes
  • 8 oz. water
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in your favorite high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
