Cherry Chia Smoothie
- Fresh cherries (stemmed and pitted), 1 cup
- A scoop Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla
- Chia Seeds, 1 tablespoon
- Golden Flax Seed, 1 teaspoon
- Hemp Hearts, 1 teaspoon
- 6-8 icecubes
- 8 oz. water
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
- Place all ingredients in your favorite high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
