Though, if you’re willing to spend a couple extra minutes preparing the cherries, this Cherry Chia Smoothie will start your morning off with a smile on your face! It’s going to taste so decadent you’ll feel like you’re drinking a cherry pie – but without all the calories!
Cherry Chia Smoothie
- Fresh cherries (stemmed and pitted), 1 cup
- A scoop Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla
- Chia Seeds, 1 tablespoon
- Golden Flax Seed, 1 teaspoon
- Hemp Hearts, 1 teaspoon
- 6-8 icecubes
- 8 oz. water
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
