This is my go-to breakfast almost everyday. Protein – check. Vegetables – check. Fruit – check. I haven’t done any scientific research on any of the stuff that goes into this smoothie. All I know for sure is that when I drink it I feel satisfied, energetic and I’m not tempted to snack in between breakfast and lunch. For me that’s huge! And, despite it’s green color – it does taste good! I’m not a fan of cooked spinach – this tastes nothing like that!

Preparation
I use my trusty NutriBullet Blender that my best friend bought me as an early Christmas present last year. I start by putting the first three ingredients in the tall cup and milling them with the milling blade.
Once the seeds are milled, I add the fiber, whey protein powder, mango chunks and spinach. I then fill the tall cup to the max level with water and blend.
Ahhh, can’t wait until tomorrow morning when I can have another!
